Shipping policy
Your orders will be dispatched and posted within three business days. Once dispatched, shipping time will vary depending on the type of shipping selected.
Standard shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post at a flat rate cost of $10. Standard shipping takes 5 – 10 days.
Express shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post at a flat rate cost of $15. Express shipping takes 2-5 days.
Once a parcel has been delivered to your nominated address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept delivery of your parcel or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address.
If you are providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company as Australia Post will return to sender if you do not make these details clear.
We can redeliver parcels where the address is incomplete, or has been incorrectly provided, however this will incur a delivery charge of $10 for standard post or $15 for express post.
Please note that the delivery times specified are approximate and as provided by Australia Post. We cannot guarantee these delivery times.
You acknowledge and agree that Self Bloom Co is not the provider of delivery/courier services. Self Bloom Co will not be liable for late parcels, missing parcels or damaged goods/ import customs fees.
In the event that an item is lost, stolen or damaged in the course of the delivery services, Self Bloom Co asks that you:
- Contact Australia Post directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and
- Contact us by sending an email to hello@selfbloomco.com outlining in what way the products were damaged/lost in transit so we can help you retrieve the goods where possible.
Self Bloom Co is not liable for lost goods. We can simply try to help you work with the shipping provider to help you recover these goods.
