Tea Ritual

Herbs used in this blend, including chamomile, lemon balm and lavender, have traditionally been used to help relax and calm the nervous system. This is a gentle herbal blend, with subtle hints of mint and lemon, complemented by the soft floral tones of chamomile and lavender.We hope this tea inspires you to make time to appreciate the quiet moments, take care of your health, and to share great tea with people you love.

Brewing Instructions:
Place 1 pyramid into a cup or 1 teaspoon of loose leaf per person and add filtered water at 75°C - 85°C. Allow to infuse for 3-4 minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.

To experience its benefits, Love Tea recommend drinking 1-3 cups per day. The Love Tea Calming Tea has been designed by their Naturopath to support the nervous system, and is based on herbs which are completely caffeine free, so you can enjoy it at any time throughout the day. If you are having our Calming Tea to support healthy sleep, we recommend consuming it within 2 hours of going to sleep.

Use the steel basket as the perfect holder to infuse your loose leaf tea. Balance it on the top of your tea cup, mug or tea pot and then place the loose leaf tea instead the basket, pour water in and let it infuse for the time the specific tea recommends.

We recommend washing your infuser by hand in fresh warm water avoiding detergents where possible.
